“I want to THANK Aaron B for helping me out. Ordered a delivery for the family and this location went to a Door Dash delivery model. Always had the same person delivering our food but now my first Door Dash experience was awful. Was supposed to be delivered at a certain and it ended up 45 min late almost an hour door dash picked it up. Called the location and Aaron picked explained the situation. He offered to make a new order and deliver it himself but I only live a couple miles away. Picked it up myself! I hope Pizza Hut hires more people like Aaron. 😀👍“

“Shelley the GM of this location has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. I ordered a pizza that was delivered with a hair on it originally and not only did she remake that pizza but personally delivered the new one, provided a free dessert and gave a credit and was totally pleasant through out the whole experience. This is rare these days and they have won theirselves a loyal customer to this location. Thanks Shelley and Team!!“

“This location in located inside Rock Hill Highschool and ONLY students and staff of Rock Hill Highschool can purchase food from here. There also is not a delivery, curbside pickup, or anything other than ordering up front. Aside that, the pizza here is actually quite tasty. I ordered a personal cheese pizza and I was very satisfied. The crust is crispy as every other pizza hut pizza, the cheese was cooked to perfection, and the sauce was impeccable. Would recommend to someone else. 11/10“
