My husband and I really enjoyed our experience here! We’ve been to Japan multiple times and it’s hard to find a good quality ramen place that tastes similar to the ramen in Japan. Akira Ramen did not disappoint!
We both got the spicy garlic chicken ramen and the broth was so flavorful, and it was loaded with chicken! The eggs fell apart perfectly, and the bamboo shoots were so tender.

Great place to dine with friends and family! I came here with my sister and we both thought the food was delicious. Our server was also very kind! It is a nicely decorated place and they have good music, which is also a plus.
The food is really good. This will be our new go to ramen place :) I came with my sister and it was very quiet, the music was nice, and the person who served us was really sweet! I would give this place a try if I were yall :D

Based on the reviews, Ramen Akira is a wonderful hidden gem with absolutely delicious food. The place looks great, and the presentation of the food is rather beautiful. The ambiance is very calm, cute, inviting, and pleasant. The service is attentive, friendly, helpful, kind, and exceptionally great.
The food is fresh. The garlic chicken broth is awesome, and adding spice makes it even better. The chicken ramen is great for little ones. The chicken karaage is crispy and delicious. They have one of the best Japanese curries in DFW, which is a chunkier curry that feels fresh made. The serving size is quite big. The Jasmine Green Tea is tasty, too. There is lots of parking on site.
