To find the restaurant, use the valet entrance with the "howdy" sign, go past the check-in and fireplace toward the bar area, and then make a left. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, with large windows and an engaging staff. Guests have enjoyed a great brunch, trying seasonal donuts and the breakfast sandwich loaded with bacon. The restaurant also features great cocktails and mimosas. The new staff seems more organized and attentive, making the dining experience even better. Servers are friendly and often have a good sense of humor, making guests laugh and feel comfortable. While parking can be a challenge, the restaurant's voucher system can help. Overall, the Apron has improved and continues to be a popular spot, with many looking forward to returning soon.
