Based on customer reviews, 壹碗粉--Noodology is a nice restaurant inside the 99 Ranch food court. The noodle soup options are really delicious, and the Taiwanese beef noodles are great with tender beef and perfect noodles. The food tastes much better than before, and the broth flavor is good. Service is good, with meals coming out quickly within 10 minutes. The lady at the front is very nice, and the man at the register is happy to help. However, pricing is a small complaint, as one bowl can cost $18-$20, and they skimped on the meat. Some customers recommend not ordering by scanning the barcode, as it takes too long; ordering at the counter takes less than 30 seconds. While some feel they could get better value elsewhere, it remains a solid option if in the area.
