Normally don’t have many issues, whoever was working on Aug 21 around 11:30 was rude. I waited at the menu for about 8 mins with no response I was being patient and she responded with attitude. Then when I asked for sweet tea which was why I was there, she told me that is was nasty and it had to be thrown out and we can’t serve that in an ugly tone, not even an apology. Brooo I love Jack in the box but I can’t go back knowing that’s how they are handling...read full review
