“Chef Mary Bass is hands down, THE BEST! The first time we met was during a tasting for my daughters wedding. Wow! Completely blown away by the food, staff and especially Chef Mary Bass’ herself. What an awesome person. She assured us she would keep that buffet moving as she served our guests and she did! The food was so hot & so fresh- not to mention those Good Dough Rolls! Chef went table by table to make sure everyone was happy and well fed. I could not recommend this precious, talented woman more! Thank you Chef Mary Bass!!“
