“We have been a few times and it has always been fantastic. This past weekend we had my husband’s 50th birthday on the rooftop. We had a pretty large group but had met ahead of time to discuss set up, food and all the details. It turned out perfect. The staff was amazing. The drinks were great, food delicious and the vibe was perfect. We stayed there so we experienced The Fancy restaurant, downstairs bar, pool and rooftop and it couldn’t have been a better weekend. The rooms were so cold and smelled so good (2 very important factors for me when traveling). The rooms are quaint and they have mastered upscale, boutique but with a laid back vibe. We had several friends get rooms as well so they wouldn’t have to drive home late and everyone had an amazing experience. Highly recommend!! It’s an hour drive for us but I can tell you we will be back for happy hour and food.“

“When going to galveston for vacation, I was disappointed at many of the restaurants but not this one I literally would drive the two hours just to eat here. Their food is so delicious and the wait time was great even on mother's day weekend.“

“What a lovely afternoon at the Porch! We arrived as a group of 6 and were seated promptly. Dalton provided excellent service, taking our food orders and answering questions. Every item was cooked perfectly and plated beautifully. We all enjoyed the experience start to finish. We will definitely return and bring friends with us.“
