We had help with setup and cleanup! I would host any other event here!

“This is one of those spots I keep coming back to without even thinking about it. The service is usually on point, the staff is friendly, and they actually seem like they enjoy being there, which makes a big difference.

I’m a simple order kind of person here: burger, fries, and drinks. The burgers are consistently solid, fries hit the spot, and the drinks are really the main character…good pours, fun options, and you don’t feel like you’re getting played on the price.

The vibe fits the area perfectly: chill enough to grab a casual bite, but still lively enough to feel like you’re “out.” On some Fridays they have a DJ, and when he’s on, it turns into a nice little low-key turn-up without being chaotic. It’s a cool experience if you’re trying to stay local but still want some energy.

Overall, if you’re in Sugar Land and want good drinks, solid bar food, and a relaxed-but-fun atmosphere, Bar Louie is an easy yes.“

“I was taken to this beautiful restaurant on a date Wow. From the reservation to the ambience of the place was on point. I am a cook and I don't eat out a lot. But the food here was absolutely delicious. The seasoning from the potatoes to the vegetables was amazing. I can't wait to go back. I had the lamb chops with the fried lobster. “My husband and I had date night tonight and decided to go to one of our fav spots, again. We've been going to Brandani's for almost 10 years. As always...our experience was superb, so I am taking a moment to give a review:). We're ALWAYS happy. The staff is top notch, the menu is consistently delish, we love the atmosphere, and it's a sweet bonus to be greeted by the Brandani's themselves. Whenever we find ourselves free to have a date night we can always rely on Brandani's for a lovely evening. Well, I somehow bumped my glass of red wine and it splattered all over my face and shirt tonight...but because the Brandani staff is so wonderful and we feel at home, it was easy to laugh off and continue to enjoy our evening together. Ha. Two thumbs up. As always! 🥰“

As a result, what appears to be a simple meal with drinks can cost around $40. For individuals on a modest income, this pricing structure feels excessive and unfair. Greater clarity and honesty in billing practices would significantly improve the dining experience.“

“1/5/26- (Monday), I had a long day at work and decided to go to a happy hour. I searched in my area and found this restaurant. It was my first time going. I was greeted when I walked in and went to the bar. The bartender-Russell greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant. He answered all my questions and also suggested some items. I was also given a free appetizer since it was my first time there. Manager-Maegan brought it out to me. She was pleasant and had a smile on her face as well. I so enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, as well as the staff and management. She even given me a free dessert card to come back. I so recommended this location. Great people, food, drinks, and happy hour. They have a large variety as well as the drink menu.“

“We happened upon Alex last year and it has become a favorite with us and our family. Italian inspired menu - but I have enjoyed everything I have had - fish steak scallops - I have recently been ordering what ever the daily special is - always a winner! Also perhaps the best brussel sprouts I have ever had. Do not sleep on their wine menu and bar. Really outstanding selection of bourbons and quality cocktails. Don’t let the exterior fool you - this is one of the Houston area hidden gems. Fine dining in a strip mall is Missouri City - yup that is exactly what it is.“

“The hubs and I have come here twice. First time we got the steak and burger and a sampler platter. One of the best steaks I've ever had! And he loved his burger. This time we got taquitos and fried okra. I had catfish fillets and baked potato. He had chicken tenders which were hand breaded. So good again. The cooks here take pride in the food. I can't remember our first server but we had Nicole this time and she was absolutely amazing. Friendly and efficient. Made us feel very welcome. Nice bar for great neighborhood eats.“
