“Our fav steakhouse in the League City, TX area. Food, staff & atmosphere are 5-star. We eat there at least 1-2x/month. Collin, restaurant manager, is so kind, personal, welcoming & always jumps in to help when restaurant is busy. You will not be disappointed.“

The food never disappoints. The service is good, and the atmosphere is excellent.
The wait list option is an awesome alternative to reservations.
Food and drinks are reasonably priced, with a nice variety.
I'd recommend to anyone looking for a more upscale bar & grill without breaking the bank.“

“We’ve dined at Schafer’s several times & have always had an above average experience! Last Saturday we dropped a piece of jewelry down between the cracks on the patio & the manager was kind enough to unscrew the boards & retrieve it for us!! I just love this place & the staff. The Outrigger’s fish tacos are amazing! But also love the meatloaf, burger & key lime pie! Highly recommend!“

“We've been to German restaurants all over the US. Last night we ordered the snitzle from the new seasonal menu. it was clearly the best we've ever had. The texture, seasoning and veggies were wonderful! Chef Chris keeps coming up with wonderful dishes. We'll keep coming back to enjoy his new offering!s!“

“This place is a staple among my friends. The atmosphere is fantastic with dim lights, quiet music, and plenty of seating. The food is delicious, there’s not a thing that I’ve tried that I haven’t liked. Their wine menu is extensive and there is something for everyone. Their selection of cake is a must try. My favorite is the Boston Cream Cake. The service is wonderful, and their bar/kitchen staff are attentive and kind.“

“Came for the first time tonight and we are so disappointed we haven’t tried it sooner!! The fried pickles/mushrooms were a 10/10. The boneless wings were to die for and not your usual breaded wing. The chicken sandwhich with gravy, bacon, and garlic aoli was to die for!!! 10/10 all over!“
