Laid back, Galveston locals hang out! Eclectic vibrant art and photography in a quant old downtown space located just off the Strand.They have regulars perform live music to keep the chill vibe. Oh, did I mention the drinks are stiff!Stop by, relax, order a drink…Or 2 and chill with the Galveston locals.
Great convenient venue in the Strand area with outside seating and live music on the weekend (highly recommend catch a Ryan Guidry set on Saturdays). Parking was convenient. Great drinks, and you can order good Italian food from Mama Teresa's Flying Pizza next door and enjoy inside or outside seating. I enjoyed the bartender very much. Normally I would give a 5 Star rating, but bartender was not wearing a mask. Make sure you wear yours and go enjoy the OGC.

This place used to be The Bar Next Door and it was only a wine bar. They have reopened and now have a full bar as well as a large selection of wine. We were there for a few hours on St. Patrick's Day and had a great time with Sherri and all the locals. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. They still allow you to order food from the pizza shop next door and eat it in the bar. It was a great experience with reasonably priced drinks. We will be back.
