Not what it use to be...... Went last night with friends, Ahi tuna was tough and under-cooked. They served brussel sprouts(!) as the entree side dish.......Who eats brussel sprouts??!! Wines are way over-priced. The place is so dark it is nearly impossible to read the menu. There are lots of better options in town. Not going back.

Amazing food and atmosphere. We had Alexis as our waitress she was amazing very attentive and their was not one thing about the place she did not know. She new every aspect of every cocktail. Every thing about every dish and special. And she was a sweetheart to talk too

We've been coming here for years mainly for a celebration or for a special treat. Birthday dinner anniversary. Paco's shrimp tacos and the ropa vieja is the order that we get about every time. Consistently good every time. The drinks are delicious also they have a full bar. They start out the meal with fried plantains and salsa you're constantly checked on staff is great and accommodating. You might even get a glimpse of Paco himself and his natural habitat. Lol

Andrew was an amazing manager who went out of his way to make our anniversary dinner one of the best 

Iconic atmosphere with carefully thought out service. The menu is extensive, something for everyone especially if you like red snapper! Decaf coffee was excellent at the end, which tells you their attention to detail.

Wonderful place to eat. Always a special meal when we go. Had the Tuna with jalapeño sauce & my husband had the snapper in garlic lemon butter. The desert was fabulous! Bread pudding and Tres Leches cake - OH MY!! Service was the best. Can't wait to return!!!

Wonderful service, food and atmosphere. Walking distance from my home makes it beautiful for a weekly spot to stop and have a beautiful meal and drink!

Great Food, Great Service, Great soft relaxing Music 4.5 stars

I was glad we were fortunate enough to get a early dinner seating here for our anniversary. Food was on another level from regular fine dining and the service left us amazed. We will definitely be back when we are in town.

Our server Rob was great! Excellent food and we got a picture with Paco out in front of the restaurant when we left.

Rudy and Paco's is simply divine. It's true treat to go there!!! The food and service is beyond expectations. And if you do have the privilege of seeing and hopefully speaking with Paco then your day is more than complete.
