Subway on Broadway offers a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, complete with chill music playing in the background. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing great customer service even under pressure. Guests have the freedom to create their own space while ordering and enjoying their meal. The team at Broadway and Avenue J Subway is fantastic, and the place recently had a remodel, making it look great. The staff, including the women who work here, are kind, genuine, and ensure that each sandwich is perfect. They are always friendly, fast, and very helpful, whether for lunch or catering an event. Despite occasional waits, the welcoming environment and happy staff make for a delightful dining experience. The owner is very attentive, often knowing exactly what regular customers like, and the place is always clean. Many customers visit frequently, enjoying fresh food and excellent sodas, making it a recommended spot for a quick lunch or a sandwich on the way to the beach.
