Chick-fil-A is a friendly and welcoming place with employees who love their job. The environment is healthy and the staff, including the manager, are awesome. The restaurant helped make teachers' appreciation week special with tasty food. However, there was a negative experience with overcharging and confusion during a drive-through visit. Despite the mixed reviews, Chick-fil-A seems to have a loyal customer base for its delicious offerings.
