This location is a freaking hit and miss, the phone never gets answered. Yes I get it. It gets super busy, but management needs to put a second person at a particular schedule so that the ONLY ONE cashier isn't working her or his butt off. I called to place an order while I exited 635 at Garland rd. They put me on hold. I was on the phone until I actually arrived to the location. I don't mind waiting for Ckn, it gets sold asap n a new batch needs to be cooked. But Look at This!!!
They need to get better with the phone.
