“Unfortunately on this order the food was good. I called immediately(7/25/25)and the phone message said they are experiencing technical difficulties and to reach out to them online. But that can only be been if you are making an order. I even called 3 times today 7/26/25 and the phone line says it’s still experiencing technical difficulties. Our pizza was not hot, no extra beef and no garlic seasoned crust😩. And both of the pasta bowls were over cooked. We couldn’t even reheat them because they hardly had any sauce and would have become more dry. Our pizza had to be reheated in the oven and eaten with cold pasta bowls that weren’t even full 😒. This location usually has outstanding food quality, the ball was dropped on this one. The only good thing was the great customer service from the delivery driver Deesa. She was so nice and even verified the delivery before handing it over and I really appreciated that. Hope we get her again on our next order. And I was given a 20% off my next order which I appreciate but honestly I’d rather have the order replaced with the good quality food I know you all can serve. You’ve got this Dominos. 👍😉“

But they did call me back soon after, in a more respectful tone, and remade our order and brought it to us.
