“This, by far, is the best location for good service in the area. Central & Spring Valley and Collin Creek have gone downhill. We all got the breakfast sampler with thick french toast. I hafta say IHOP made a smart decision to go with thick cut brioche bread. I never liked the french toast before, but it's tasty!
The place is clean & staff is very attentive. It's well managed. It's now our go-to place after church.“
