The corporate app is buggy. I can never get the Papa Dough to apply to an order and, as a franchisee store, there's little the store can do about it. So they have to compete on food quality (which IS very good) rather than price (since the Papa Dough earned is worthless, at least for me, and corporate hasn't responded to my inquiries for a fix, or accurate guidance on how to use it.
