Pizza Hut in Garland

“High-five to Aaron. His greeting was great and he made laugh. Which in itself is a task. I ordered what I thought was the big box dinner was the personal box and the wings were boneless. He said bone in doesn't come with the personal only the big box. As I started to call my husband to tell him about the wings, he walked in. After telling him my error in ordering, Aaron ordered me the big box meal on him. We thanked him and waited for our food. He is good person and we definitely will keep going there like we have been for the past few years.

Kudos to you Aaron. Keep up the your g
ood customer service. And also to the young man that offered to put our first order in the warmer while we waited so that it wouldn't get cold.

“I have ordered pizza from this location for the last couple of years.

They usually get my order correct. When they do mess up. They always make it right.

Only giving 4 stars my biggest complaint is the worker don’t alway make sure there delivery driver have all the side items like Parmesan cheese & dipping sauces.

I placed an order on Dec 24th & I ordered Parmesan cheese because I was totally out at home & side dipping sauce .

My husband called for my behalf because of how upset I was on it especially when I paid for those items . Also I was totally out at the house.

The manager made it right by giving me a $10 credit which is nice but the issue still needs to be addressed. Sadly this wasn’t first this has happened to me. It’s happened two other times.

If third party is doing the delivery your workers needs to make they check all of that. Especially when we have paid for all those items now days. It’s not free anymore like used be in the past (several years ago).

I may have start keeping cash for the tips & tip accordingly if they get all my items or not.“

“I came here in person after several years. This location is still around from my childhood!The employees are great and polite!I ordered a five-topping pizza and the pizza has great cheese and breading! The meatballs are good! I haven't seen any meatballs for pizza before and they are interesting pizza toppings! The pineapple I ordered for the pizza are fantastic compared to other pizza restaurants'. The toppings are well for the palate!I really enjoyed the service and pizza!“

“I arrived to pick up my pizza approximately 1015 tonight and I didn’t even get my key out of the ignition and lights off good and a lady from Pizza Hut was bringing my pizza out to me and I did not request that. I thought Customer Service was gone in the world , but it’s not at this location on Broadway amazing Lady working today which is December 2, 2025 at 10:10 PM. I don’t know your name but you’re amazing. Nice to have the wonderful service. Thank you very much. I will be back many more times .“
