“I usually visit this Taco Bell about once every 10 days or so. I am usually very happy with the way my order turns out. I have several changes and add on items to my order due to allergies and personal preferences. Todays order was prepared properly according to my allergy changes(no cheese or sour cream, dairy allergy). But I don't believe I got any of my $4 to$5 dollars worth of add-on items.
I also try to be as courteous and kind to the staff as I hope they will be to me. I always say thank you to people who serve me in some way. Most people will at least respond in kind. But lately, the staff at this location either ignores you or doesn't listen to you to begin with. Most of the time, when I thank the drive thru attendant these days, I might get a yeah in response if I'm not ignored all together. Very disappointing.“
“Yesterday one of the crew members made an honest mistake with my food, but after submitting a complaint to Taco Bell, the manager, Vivian called me directly and did an amazing job customer service wise and just on a personal level. She was kind and adamant about rectifying the situation. So I came in today and the cashier and supervisor were able to redo my order from yesterday and did so promptly. There’s some great workers here and they’re trying their best. Thanks to the staff and the manager Vivian.“
“The employees are very friendly and welcoming no matter the time or day you go. I love going to this location not only for the positive interaction with the employees I get each time but the prices are great also. I highly recommend this location.“
“I did uber eats. I work in fast food atm and understand its a business. These places hire people who dont follow theyre word and dont actually want to work. Also these places send people home early ahead of their schedule if its slow for about 30 minutes understaffing the restaurant and cutting peoples pay down. People want to cut corners, take breaks and not show up. My uber driver was 5/5 but i opened my bag on the wing combo, which is new, and half my fries were missing from the container. I even showed my mom and she was disappointed. Disappointment in fast food is becoming normal and while it tasted good. Half my fries were missing. I suggest slowing down and getting it right over rushing and not caring. I paid double for what i wanted and missing half the fries was disappointing. “Came here to pick up my mobile order around 12:35 today. The gentleman doing drive thru was so friendly. He repeated my order back including modifications and even which hot sauce packets I selected! At the window he was there also and was just so nice I had to give him a shoutout. Wish I knew his name! It’s rare to get great service in fast food now a days!“
