“My wife and I love coming to this location. It's always clean and the workers are very attentive. Would of gave it a 5 star, but, they forgot to put sour cream in my taco supreme once. Lol. But it's ok. The lettuce and tomatoes are always fresh when we come.“
“Yesterday one of the crew members made an honest mistake with my food, but after submitting a complaint to Taco Bell, the manager, Vivian called me directly and did an amazing job customer service wise and just on a personal level. She was kind and adamant about rectifying the situation. So I came in today and the cashier and supervisor were able to redo my order from yesterday and did so promptly. There’s some great workers here and they’re trying their best. Thanks to the staff and the manager Vivian.“

“When i say above and beyond I MEAN ABOVE and BEYOND ! I am floored never have i ever experienced costumer service at a fast food place like this taco bell. Gaby and her crew 8 oclock evening shift ,absolutely rock!!!! Thank you guys! Costumer service skills on point ! Forget all the other taco bells and i live 2 minutes away from the one on garland rd. From now on this is my favorite taco bell ever! You have made a loyal costumer out of me. Good job guys.“
“Get rid of the eardrum shattering AI fake voice that now takes your order in the drive through if you can't LOWER the volume..literally I had pain after listening to it and I put my hand over my ear to protect it. And my son who is 20 yrs younger felt the same way. Don't mind the AI but turn it down!!!!“
