Wendy's restaurants are known for their spacious and usually uncrowded interiors. However, some customers have noted a decline in food quality, with burgers being compared to McDonald's cardboard-like patties. The service, despite the lack of customers, is said to be in need of improvement. On a positive note, the staff member named Jaylin, also known as Black Barbie, is praised for her excellent attitude and positive vibes. The Sweet Deals are also highlighted as being worth the visit.
