“The taquitos, mashed potatoes, and cheesecake were good. The portion of mashed potatoes was way too small. The meat in the meatloaf didn’t taste fresh. The onion rings on the meatloaf were not good. The presentation was nice. I’d definitely go back.“

“Blue Corn Harvest is the perfect spot when you’re in the mood for comfort food with a Tex-Mex twist and some serious hospitality. Let us paint you a picture: we came for the shrimp enchiladas and left in a blissful food coma. The enchiladas were the perfect combo of savory, tender, and packed with flavor. Honestly, they’ve set a new standard for all future enchiladas we’ll eat—sorry, everyone else.
The fried catfish? Crispy outside, flaky inside, and just the right amount of seasoning. And for a little adventure, we tried their oyster shooters, which were like a mini trip to the coast in a single, briny gulp. It's the appetizer you didn’t know you needed until you tried it!
On top of the stellar food, the service here is top-notch. The team at Blue Corn Harvest knows how to make you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first time. We'll be back to tackle more of the menu, but for now, let’s just say this place has quickly become a favorite. Go for the food, stay for the vibes, and leave with a smile (and maybe a slight food coma).“
