It was, hands down, the best flavored chicken filling I've had. Ever.
There was also a little special something about the rice and/or beans that I couldn't pin down. I don't know if it was the rice or the beans or both because I mix mine together. Yeah, blasphemous, I know.
My buddy had the chorizo nachos and loved them. I had a bit of the chorizo off of them and this ain't no grocery store stuff. I'm not going to say it's not mentally disgusting if you think about what it's made of, but once you're ok with that, this is at the top of the chorizo game. Um, hey management... How about some Chorizo Chilaquiles for brunch!?“
