“I love the food! Only complaint I have is my wallet was stolen and lost my caniac club card. But my app said I can have the code scanned at the register. Crew members refused said that the location doesn't do that and wouldn't give me a new card. Ended up losing rewards... They got the team leader and they said I shouldn't have lost the card. I've worked in food and retail services for awhile and I understand some customers can be hard to handle, and I try not to be one of those customers, but that experience really frustrated me“

Taco Casa are absolutely not all the same.
There’s a taco casa up by 820 and I 30 in Fort Worth and it is great

Now there is a taco casa at I 20 and Hemphill that’s not worth the time for money

So don’t judge each one by the first one you went into they’re all different. There’s no consistency between stores when you find a good one. It’s a great one when you find a bad one there’s no help for it.“

“I eat this quite often. The guacamole tostada is my favorite and always taste freshly made. I also love the cherry limeade. I’m in and out within a few minutes going through the drive through. They are very kind and professional.“

“I don’t go to ChicFile very often. But since the revamp I’ve now gone twice. And both times I’ve had something wrong with my order. Cobb Salad with Fat Free Honey mustard. The first time there was no egg in my salad. Went and asked for some and had 3 employees just stare at me and made me feel like they were trying to figure out if I was telling the truth or not. 10+ min later I finally got my prepackaged sliced egg. The second time I ordered the same thing and added chicken nuggets for my grandmother. I did not receive ChiFile sauce(for my gma) and never got my FF Honey Mustard. Just the Avocado Lime Ranch dressing. I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal but it’s just super frustrating because I have a specific diet I’m trying to follow on my weight lost journey and not being able to follow through with the planned meal is very disheartening. Especially living 20+ minutes away it’s hard to go back just for sauce. I know eventually it will calm down and level out but little things like that does add up. And the little things do matter. But hopefully here in a week or two it won’t be so overwhelmingly busy all the time. Thank You!“

“Stopped in for lunch yesterday and was wow'd by the service. This place has been mediocre usually, but yesterday all the tables were clean. Restrooms were clean. Service was quick. And our order was correct. Young man behind the counter made you feel like he was glad you were there. Not something you get from a lot of fast food workers these days.“

“By far the best charlie's Sandwich I ever had the meat is juicy a lot of meat they even have hot wings lemon pepper original hot and don't forget the smoothies they are my favorites the strawberry those fries covered in cheese with bacon it is nice to have some good flavors in your mouth ? “We had the best time at Wendy’s tonight. Me my husband and granddaughter had dinner there. We had top notch service from the manager Jeffrey. Starting out he welcomed us with a smile and held the door. He went out of his way with hospitality. Definitely cant go wrong eating there. The food was great but it’s not always about the food. Kindness goes a long ways. I can’t rave enough over this manager!!!!! He was great with my granddaughter!!! 5 star hospitality!!!!!!!!“

“Orange chicken and fried rice for the win with the grandkids! Noodles and firecracker shrimp for me - delicious (even froze some servings to take to work during the week, reheats nicely). Usually a wait, so don't be in a hurry when you go!“
