I just want to say, not sure what is happening at this Chicken Express but I went through the drive- through at around 7:30 pm today, September 12th, and the lady that took my order was amazing and the gentleman that brought me my order was so polite.... The most awesome customer service that I can recall in awhile!!!!! Keep up whatever changes you have made and make sure they have a raise when due..... I do not do surveys very often but I had to make a point this evening! Love...

Was there last night. Aliya gave us the best customer service experience I've ever had at that specific location. She definitely has a knack for dealing with people. Not sure if I spelled her name right. If she can do THIS, she can do anything!!!

Food was good service was........good. but they don't have fresh lemons and the packets of juice are nasty. Actually foul. Rancid juice you can taste the preservative a lot. Hopefully they will get fresh lemons soon.
