This location is hit or miss. Lobby is closed half the time because of short staffed. Donut selection isn’t that great. If you sellout daily of a certain kind of donut make more the next day.. smh…
I mobile ordered, walked in too soon, so I went directly to the rr. Heard I young black kid say ," don't some places charge to use the rest room? " his co worker agreed.Little did he know I'm a paying customer. Then he hands me my hot drink with coffee stains all over the sides of cup, looking like he fetched it out the trash. ( don't see an option to post a pic)

I only recently started going to Dunkin’ and of the 4 times that I’ve been it’s been absolutely wonderful. The first 2 times a very very sweet woman took care of me (I wish I’d gotten her name). The next two times a different woman helped me and she is an absolute light.
