“I'm a trucker and I broke down on Main St 2 days ago. Looks like I will be here for at least another day. Simply put, the people here in town are amazing. From the local police to the gentlemen who pulled me out of the street (at no charge), to the employees at Brookshire's who were very friendly and even let me shave and freshen up in their bathroom this morning. Super super super awesome people here. Made this North Carolina boy feel almost like he was at home. This is America done right.”

“Hubby got a gift card from a friend, so this was our Friday night Date Night. He had the Molina’s Plate and I had Cheese Enchiladas. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Chips were crisp and salsa was all you want in a salsa. All the staff were super friendly and attentive. I always order a side of sour cream and guac, and the server actually brought it when she brought our meals - I didn’t have to ask again. This is a big PLUS for me. Prices are reasonable, food is tasty, staff is great. We will be back, for sure!”

“Ahhhmazing! I had the Texas Club wrap on the Farmhouse Subs side and French fries. 😋Yum! The fries were perfectly cooked and uniquely tasty. The wrap had the perfect balance of toppings. I’m grateful I caught them while they were open. The only thing I would suggest changing is the community, self serve ice bucket and scoop. Too many people don’t wash their hands. The atmosphere is super comfortable and cute and all of the staff were pleasantly friendly.”

“They forgot my order for hours. I I call the bring the mess up part of the order. I ask them to bring the wife's spaghetti they say it on the way. 1 1/2 I call the finally remembered to make and bring.”

“The women who runs it is Shelly & she is fabulous. Ice cream is homemade, smooth & creamy! She uses fresh fruits to make her ice cream. It’s truly a great place for family outing. Love love loved it. They have local honey & all kinds of local jarred fruits and preserves. Great Atmosphere with great service! Highly recommended”
