“Their food and service is amazing, and they are not overpriced like so many restaurants are now. The ambiance is fun and festive with Christmas decor and music. Their vegetarian chili is delicious, although very spicy. I wish it was not quite as spicy but it still has a great flavor. The french fries are fried perfectly - not greasy or soggy at all. Their mac and cheese is delicious and creamy. The fried okra is also perfectly fried - not wet or greasy. The cobb salad is delicious and they actually give you a decent amount of avocado and boiled eggs, unlike some restaurants who put barely any on the salad and then overprice it. And their jalapeno corn muffins are amazing! It has been a long time since I have been to a restaurant like this where everything we ordered is so delicious. Thank you Tolbert’s!“

The appetizers scallops were amazing, the calamari was buttery and seasoned perfectly. The wine selection is good. The steaks were good but lacked tenderness and seasoning. Might have been an off evening as it wasnt the same delicious steaks as previous evenings.
Our waiter was amazing and provided everything needed for a fun time for our group of 10. Deserts were over the top. Huge portions and delicious.

“The service at the buffet within Great Wolf was exceptional. Both mornings and nights that we were there, a line was always formed outside of the restaurant but it never took long to get our food. The first morning we asked if we could sit at the bar while we waited for a table and the server in charge of that section offered to pour us mimosas while we waited. Our wait time was maybe 10 minutes. The server decided to pull two tables apart and let us sit in his section since he had already served us. The night of my sons birthday they sang to him and he was so surprised but he secretly love it. The food was so good and the staff was very attentive even though it's a buffet.“

None the less my liddo sister Christel Rios brought me on a runaway short trip from Wichita Falls Tx to Dallas Tx to visit family and then we ended up in Grapevine Tx on our way home and stopped to finally eat here at Saltgrass. We entered in and had might I ask, where was the hostess with the mostess to greet us? However, we were finally seen and seated. The lovely gentleman sat us as we told him that it was our first time eating there. I was sooooo excited. So he sat us down.....its beautiful inside. Couldnt keep my off of everything in there....its like a scene from thw WILD WEST. Well moving on, our waiter was Matthew, he was AMAZINGGGGG to us! 🥇⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and so on for stars. He made us feel so at home. He gave us alot of positive info about the restaurant. Great job Matthew. Now not to be mean but the starter bread and butter was not the best. “My husband and I tried Lolo’s for the first time on Sunday. We learned that when going to Lolo‘s, you want to put yourself on the waiting list on the app before walking in, we waited two hours to be seated although the music was great and food was mighty tasty. Definitely comfort food. I highly recommend chicken and fish mashed potatoes and collard greens were off the chain Not to mention the cornbread. I have to say the food was definitely worth the wait! We will be returning soon!“

Food arrived fairly timely for the situation at that time. Food was decent and refills were hard to get. I would give them another chance. Maybe more staff next time.“
