“I heard of Buon Giorno Coffee, from a co-worker and decided to go take a look see, with my wife. As you can imagine there was a small waiting line to purchase our coffee. We purchased two 12 oz drip coffee with a cranberry/orange scone. My wife thought that the coffee was a bit strong for her, but I liked the coffee just as it was, straight out of the pot. The trio that was working behind the counter were, Edson, Nixon, and Ms. Scott and all three were very kind, friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. Would I visit this place again, you betcha and would also recommend it to others no doubt it that. Anytime, they offer law enforcement, military and/or veterans' discount I count that as a plus, plus and will more than likely not only recommend it but will surly return yet again. Not to mention that the trio behind the counter, Edson, Nixon, and Ms. Scott where very genuine and friendly and super courteous. They make a great team. They have something special happening here. They have two baristas walking the floor, greeting each customer and checking up on them.

I stopped by here for few hours. Once I placed my order, I was greeted and spiked conversation with store manager, Steph. She started as a barista at nearby location. Now, she worked her way up to the manager position. Congratulations‼️🥳

It was a rare sight to see that a store manager was cleaning and organizing the store, early in the morning. I’ve visited over 100 locations, worldwide, so far, and I’ve rarely seen a manager get down dirty to help other baristas to be the best team they can be.

Under Steph leadership they have something special I have not seen at other locations. This store stays very busy in the mornings. They are working hard to resolve the morning rush and it’s visible.

They have two baristas walking the floor, greeting each customer and checking up on them. They also have iPads in their hands, keeping track of each customer’s order that is in queue. As they walk around, they are keeping customers in the loop on their orders and when it will be ready. Hats off to this wonderful and hardworking team.

The atmosphere isn’t bad. The seating is somewhat limited. When you walk in from the Patio entrance, to the left you will find few seating options, including two lounge chairs, as well as, large leather bench with three tables and three chairs.

To the right, one additional lounge chair. As you keep walking towards the Order Counter, they offer large, Conference-Sized table with ten chairs. Additionally, available large tall round table with four tall chairs.

Otherwise, open space for customers waiting on To-Go orders. For customer service, I recommend stopping by and experience it for yourself. I’m looking forward returning soon.“

“I was impressed how consistent Starbucks is, even here at Gaylord. My experience was perfect. My latte come out perfect. The server was polite and friendly, possibly more than any other location due to the laid back atmosphere at Gaylord. The cafe was extremely clean. My only negative, if it really is one, was the slightly limited menu due to size restrictions. I wasn’t able to get my Favorite egg bites. The kindness of the server over shadowed any menu short coming. Five Stars!!!“

“Starbucks Pilot - Stars and Stripes (Grapevine)

Renovated in 2024. Have you heard of Starbucks Pilot Store? There’s currently only three locations and they’re all located in DFW Area of great state of Texas!

Starbucks Pilot Store - introduces and tests new products before they are available to the market. This was one of the first locations that acquired “Clover Coffee Machine.” Now you can find them in more locations.

“Clover Coffee Machine,” freshly grind and pour your coffee in less than a minute. If you listen very carefully, it makes fun sounds before it pours your coffee. Friendly reminder, while you stay at any Starbucks, your hot or cold coffee and tea are on the house.

Since they remodeled this location, in 2024, it’s much more roomy and cozy. When you first come in, to the right, you’ll find large, conference-size table with nine chairs. Above the table is a large, beautiful art piece of, “Green Coffee Branches.” The space where this table is located used to be a closed-off private room you could reserve, now available for everyone.

To the left of the main entrance, you will find more great seating options. Against the windows, there’s a large, leather bench with five tables with five additional chairs. More seating is available with seven comfortable green chairs around tables.

This location does get fairly busy and it can be difficult to stay here and get work done since the Wi-Fi can be spotty. Parking can be difficult depending on when you come here. They offer roughly 25 parking spaces with few handicap spaces.

I’ve been here before it was remodeled and improvements are significantly better. I think the staff do a great job, efficient and are friendly. I’ve had my drink brought to my table if I’m sitting down for a while or they offer large Pick-Up counter.

Patio offers twelve tables with twenty-eight chairs.

Overall, come enjoy this Newly-Renovated space and stay awhile. Located near Grapevine Mills Mall, off Stars and Stripes and 2499 Service Road.“
