“The food here is absolutely phenomenal! As a self acclaimed pizza snob, I do not have one negative comment to say. Had a pepperoni pizza. The crust is the perfect balance of crispy and chewy. The sauce and cheese profile is full of flavor! You can tell great thought and love was put into their products. Definitely on the top 3 list of local DFW pizzerias in my humble opinion! The staff was also very accommodating, friendly, and helpful!“

“While this is my “go to” Chick-fil-a restaurant, it is so frustrating to not receive all the items you paid for. I of course did not discover this until I was home. Calling the store is an endless loop of menu options or voicemail boxes that are not set up. Be sure you check your bags before you pull away!“

“Our server Kayla was fantastic! She was so personable from getting a child's booster seat for my foot (I recently had foot surgery and needed to elevate my boot) to taking our pictures at the end of the night. More notably, I ordered my filet medium well but really meant medium. When the filet arrived, I took a bite and it was okay. Kayla saw my expression and immediately offered to give me another filet cooked medium. Immediately following one of the floor Managers, Keith?, came to our table to apologize. They both were so wonderful especially since it was my fault for initiating ordering incorrectly. Because it was our 35th anniversary we were offered a complimenty dessert. I ordered the berries and cream and my husband ordered the peanut butter ice cream, both tasty. We had an awesome celebration and give Bob's a 12 out of 10!“
