Other than a nearly 40 minute wait for fresh chicken it was as expected. Clearly the day shift did not keep up with their prep for the evening shift. There was absolutely no chicken to be had at 3:30 pm. Day staff was friendly but evening shift totally ignored us.
When I tell you this is the best Church’s Chicken I have EVER had! The food was so fresh. I didn’t mind that I had to wait a little bit because it was well worth it. And the lady in the drive thru customer service was GREAT! I think her name was Miss Jasmine B. I hope that rights but she’s an older African American woman. This is the only Church’s I want to come to now, especially if she’s there.

Not good when you come in and a costumer is arguing with staff turns out it was a little bit both sides fault...food was good price was high in my opinion...no soda bar as thr machine was down (understandable) but the cashier only offerd me water or tea...but had Powerade??? Lol we it is still a convenient location and not bad for lunch or dinner
