“When I switched jobs and started working in a different city I had searched for traditional Vietnamese Pho similar to the place I frequented in Carrollton. I have now been to several pho restaurants in this area but HOP is the best hands down. The soups are absolutely amazing, but my favorite is the brisket. Egg rolls are amazing too when I have a big enough appetite to eat those and soup. This place has now been a weekly staple for me. Highly recommend!“

“For years this place has remained consistent with their food quality but over the past couple of years they've gotten kind of cheap in starting off with premade noodles in a clump that you have to try to soften and break up in the broth at least as far as their Pho is concerned. Their combination fried rice is excellent, they're spring rolls are really good and their Korean BBQ interestingly enough is quite good too.“

“We arrived at 945 on a Saturday to a 40 minute wait but they text you when you're table is almost ready so you can shop in the area. Great variety of breakfast choices, they roast their own coffee, and send you home with a cup on the way out. It is easy to see why the restaurant is very popular. The pancakes were great, tasty and the right amount of crunchy and spongy. Eggs and chorizo were also excellent. We will be back.“

“Already had coffee in the car, so did not try there, but I was there for the sweet treats. The blueberry scone was nice and dense, perfect for a hearty breakfast. The cookies n cream cinnamon roll was good, on the flakier side, not the most heavy roll I have ever had, but certainly not bad. The cinnamon/banana/chocolate bread was the most surprising and tasty, light, fluffy item I got, totally glad I grabbed it.The woman who greeted me was fantastic, very welcoming and helpful.

Vegetarian options: All the baked goods are vegan, def worth seeing which ones suit your fancy.

Parking: A few spots, but it is at a ghost kitchen, so no one is staying long

“2.5/5 stars The problem is the service and food level deterioration as the lunch buffet window, 1130-230, progresses into the later portions. The first and previous time, we hit the buffet right at opening at 1130 am. Everything was hot, fresh, and plentiful. Was really impressed with staff, decor, and ambience. Food was well above average. It's clear they are trying very hard. My/our 2nd visit, party of 3, was at ~130 pm. Few items were out. Sadly, the other 2 in the party found the experience below my earlier top billing. Most of my fav dishes: The few tandoori chicken remaining were stone cold. The butter chicken ran out. The goat curry ran out the 2nd trip to the table. What came subsequently was not the same taste, subpar. Perhaps the management can address these issues and consider this as genuinely helpful feedback. Restaurant biz is notorious for these issues that slowly creep in. I did note the manager talk and motion to his employee to keep up with replenishment in a timely manner on my request. Given the great first visit, and two carry-outs from their 2nd location, we would consider another review after management addresses these issues. The most recent visit was a letdown. Cheers!!“

“What a lovely, healthy place in Clearfork. I had the Mediterranean Salad and a kebab on the side and it was lovely. Very fresh, and the kebab (lemon chicken garlic) was excellent.

Dominic served me and he was brilliant - my first time to the place and he told me the concept, helped me choose, and gave me a little discount. And then checked up on me regularly!
