“This is the oldest restaurant in Haltom City. I remember visiting here back in 1990 when I was taking a course at Texas Wesleyan. The pho is excellent, and I believe the soup has a unique, delicious flavor that has stood the test of time. Although the service can be a bit slow, it’s worth the wait once you taste the pho. I always like to come back whenever I have the chance. I highly recommend trying the pho here!“

“Despite the name, this isn't really a pho restaurant. I think they do serve pho, but it's mainly Thai and Lao. We've eaten here 10-12 times and it's always delicious. Their panang curry is one of my favorite things anywhere. Their other curries and the pad grapow are very good, too. My wife usually gets pad see ew and always enjoys it.“

“I have dined in before and was treated with courtesy and professionalism. This time I had my food delivered. Since it got colder I decided to get some chicken pho. I also ordered the shrimp rolls with their delicious peanut sauce. The pho noodles are separated from the meat and the fresh onions. The broth is in a separate closed container. And there is a bag of fresh basil and bean sprouts to add in if you prefer. The soup has a rich chicken broth flavor and it is perfect on cold days.“

It's lovely and charming, the wait staff are professional and friendly, the menu is exceptional and all of our courses were consistently fabulous. I live in Austin, so we have quite a few cuisine choices that are really worth the price, but Paris 7th is like enjoying a perfect French meal in Texas...and with the best wines that are carefully selected by Chris, the owner. Both he and the chef personally check in with each guest and ensure the evening is perfect.“

We tried a few of their desserts but the olive oil cake was by far our favorite. This place is great for groups. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating.“

“2.5/5 stars The problem is the service and food level deterioration as the lunch buffet window, 1130-230, progresses into the later portions. The first and previous time, we hit the buffet right at opening at 1130 am. Everything was hot, fresh, and plentiful. Was really impressed with staff, decor, and ambience. Food was well above average. It's clear they are trying very hard. My/our 2nd visit, party of 3, was at ~130 pm. Few items were out. Sadly, the other 2 in the party found the experience below my earlier top billing. Most of my fav dishes: The few tandoori chicken remaining were stone cold. The butter chicken ran out. The goat curry ran out the 2nd trip to the table. What came subsequently was not the same taste, subpar. Perhaps the management can address these issues and consider this as genuinely helpful feedback. Restaurant biz is notorious for these issues that slowly creep in. I did note the manager talk and motion to his employee to keep up with replenishment in a timely manner on my request. Given the great first visit, and two carry-outs from their 2nd location, we would consider another review after management addresses these issues. The most recent visit was a letdown. Cheers!!“
