I have been here several times in the past 3 weeks and anytime the girls are working they say they can not make the cappuccino blast. But when the guys are on shift they never have a problem making it. When you ask what the problem is they always blame it on someone else and I am beginning to believe they just don’t want to make them. Today will be the last time I attempt to visit this location. After talking to the new general manager I’m going to give her a chance to make the place better.
This place needs all new employees, we went Sunday through the drive through, when I got to the window the young man asked what I ordered. I proceeded to tell him and he walked away to get an older female employee, she came and asked what I ordered and I repeated my order again. She gave me the total and I paid then noticed my order was wrong on the receipt. She made 2 different...read full review
this place used to be awesome but now- well, see for yourself. half the times I come here service is lacking, or the coffee isn't right but our most recent trip was this morning -
my husband and I waited inside for 10 minutes or so (we were the ONLY people in line) no one even acknowledged us being there - the staff completed the order of every car in the drive-thru AND THEN SOME all without even saying hello or letting us know there would be a wait.
