“WOW! Great job Hector. This employee actually cared enough to make my sandwich with care. Others have just always served me sloppy sandwiches. I understand time is precious but customers are too.He was actually clean and neat. He changed his gloves. Others handle money and my sandwich like what's the point of wearing gloves dorks. Showing that employees care is the best customer service there is. Subway compensate the good ones. They are the ones who bring customers from far just bz they want to feel the carrying and fresh feeling.

“Awesome clean fabulous Subway, the Master Sandwich maker on the 1st bread pick was amazing, she slides the sandwich to the 2nd person who was apparently on training, he proceeds to make such a skimpy sandwich, with small shreds of lettuce, tomato, and peppers( my choice of toppings) I asked him where is the Avocado, that comes with the type of sandwich I ordered, he proceeded to slather 2 teaspoons of mashed avocado on top of the vegetables ( lack of training)….Mr Sandwich Masters, if am going to pay you for an 18.00 dollars sandwich, you better learn how to make an $18.00 dollar sandwich.Lack of training & management, hoping to get a really great $18.00 dollar Subway sandwich value the next timeI go back!“
“The attendant was a multitasker.She took our orders and taking orders on the phone.She had an ear piece. Lol... I thought she was giving us extra subs. Jokes on me, when I asked her what all she was doing for us.Her answer was that she was also doing phone orders.WOW..! She can really multitask.Which is UNUSUAL for the younger generation these days. “Mobile ordered and they got my order wrong. First the guy working forgot the cookies, then the sandwich was made wrong. I called and spoke to the manager Belinda who was pleasant and handled the mistake with grace. Went in to get my new sandwich and spoke to Sara over the phone and in person. She knows what she is doing and gave great customer service. She’s helped me before as well. I want Sara to make my sandwiches from now on. At least with her, I know she won’t get it wrong.“

The server at the time I went was personable. Asked how my day was and when I asked him back he mentioned his sister in the hospital. He did not have to show vulnerability but he did. Great service, food handled with care and he made sure I got what I wanted.“
