Bread was from yesterday. They were out of Italian bread by noon. Got no napkins. Sandwich wrapping wasn't staying closed. Felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff. Exactly what I've come to expect for Subway.
My first time to that Subway. Walked in and waited to be helped. Ordered my food as I do at other Subways, Service was fast and easy but the tables were dirty. Two employees one working in the back area and the other sitting at a corner. Went back for a second time to see if it was a one time thing but it was the same. I'll look for another Subway.

Mobile ordered and they got my order wrong. First the guy working forgot the cookies, then the sandwich was made wrong. I called and spoke to the manager Belinda who was pleasant and handled the mistake with grace. Went in to get my new sandwich and spoke to Sara over the phone and in person. She knows what she is doing and gave great customer service. She’s helped me before as well. I want Sara to make my sandwiches from now on.
