“Placed an mobile order and it came out messed up, I went back today to order again and made an small comment if she can please double check because last time they don’t mess it little did I know I was speaking to the manger, thru the drive thru she took ownership of the mistake that probably wasn’t hers. She didn’t ask for a receipt/proof and when i came up to the window she reassured me that my order was perfect and she double checked it and gave me treats for the inconvenience
Working now in customer service now and these are the type of managers that need to get raises and open their own store 10/10“
“Went through drive thru and they got my order wrong. I don't live near by so I didn't discover the mistake till I got home. Hadn't had an issue before so didn't want to make a big deal. Note to self next time check before leaving.“
