“I would like to share my experience here . Just finished eating and ordered a grilled steak cheese burrito and just had a little issue with it. I spoke to the Assistant Manager, Ms. Roxy and just wanted to give her feedback on the item i ordered . I didn't want a refund or another one I just wanted to give her a heads up on the issue and she insisted on giving me another one which I accepted. Thank you so much Roxy for taking my feedback into consideration and providing the best customer service . You did not make me feel uncomfortable about me expressing myself. I do feel bad about getting another, but I really do appreciate the hospitality ! Kudos to Roxy for being an amazing AM and hearing her customers feedback and offering a solution !“
“The cashier was incredibly helpful and kind. He was attentive to our needs and consistently checked in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Upon exiting he held the door open and wished us a good day. a very nice experience and I would eat at this restaurant again soon.“
