I overheard a shocking conversation between an employee and a manager a few weeks ago. The employee was sick and asked to be sent home, the manager threatened to cut the hours and ultimately fire this young person if they didn’t continue preparing food and making sandwiches !My opinion… a manager that would let a sick person make my sandwich should not be managing anything.
Nothings wrong with the food but it's insane that you sit there for 30+ minutes while they finish online orders before addressing the customers in store. You'd think if they were going to run the store this way they'd at least have more than one person working
