“Alex is amazing. He was the only one working a busy Thursday lunch shift with a long line. I watched him keep a smile on his face while dealing with a difficult customer in front of me that was just being rude for no reason. He didn't break a sweat although he was making sandwich after sandwich and paying people out again all by himself. Not to mention, one of the best looking and best put together subs ive had in awhile. I do feel like when people are busy they just throw it together but he moved quickly while staying neat and organized. Great job Alex!! Keep up the positive attitude and keep smiling!“

“We love everything about Jason's Deli. The NRH location is the newest for us to visit and close to home. We visited there on Sunday and the food was great as usual however, they have got to be courteous to their customers and not leave the overflowing stinky cleaning carts sitting in the sun near the tables. The smell at the back of the restaurant was awful so we had to move. There were a couple of mix ups with the order but they're new and learning so we get that and the staff were all friendly. Please make a spot away from the tables for the cleaning carts. We will return after they're more established.“

“Went during a good lunch rush, they were very organized and attentive. Everything looked and tasted fresh. They were continuously cleaning the kitchen and bathroom was clean. They were out of a couple of the fountain drinks, I can't remember which ones. There was also a wait on warm subs but I feel like that is normal. I had a gluten free sandwich and they utilized the proper care and attention to keeping it separate but not making me wait forever.“

“Love the menu and sandwiches 🥪 😋 but the guys behind the counter making the sandwiches on this day were just there not asking how would you like your sandwiches? Toasted which is how I wanted it warm, I'm not a frequent flier so a little apprehensive on what or how I wanted my sub they had to start all over after asking how I wanted it . . .Toasted becuz they never asked 🙄“

“No air conditioning at theTehana Ridge Fort Worth store today. No sign on the door, no explanation. Customer ahead of me in line said the a/c was out last week as well. Very disappointed-I always enjoyed in store dining here. The kitchen obviously had electricity- we could see lights. And the refrigerator was cold.“

“This is one of the worst McAlister's I've ever been to. They serve disgusting & old bread, they mess up the simpliest orders, they have terrible customer service, and they mock and laugh at their customers in front of them. We will not be going back. I can't believe that they are still in business. Shocking. I ordered a pastrami sandwich on gluten free bread. The bread was as hard as a rock and I got one slice of SALAMI instead of any pastrami. When I called to have it fixed they kept me on hold for over 30 minutes. When I called again, the worker talked crap about me to the MANAGER and they laughed about it together, then hung up on me. I never even got to tell them what was wrong. My husband had to drive back to the McAlister's to have it handled in person. Horrible establishment.“

“I had to make a Walmart run and it just made sense to grab a bite to eat here. Plus, I always live Charley’s at the mall so it was worth a try. I see the other reviews but I didn’t have any problems. I was greeted when I approached the register. The cashier double verified with me all the toppings I wanted on my Philly. They brought my food out to me (maybe 5-10 minutes later). My sandwich was smoking hot with the cheese nice and melted. The 4 stars is only because nothing just wowed me over the top. The food and service I received were solid. A much appreciated addition to Walmart.

BUT.... Be careful if you are using the Tap option when paying by credit card. The card reader transitions from processing to the tip screen super fast and a tip was selected for me before I had a chance to back my card away. I imagine this happens to many and they probably don't notice unless they check their receipt“

“The people working were incredibly kind and accommodating. They were working hard to make the orders fast and fresh. The workers were having a difficult time with being harassed by a customer repeatedly placing an order and canceling and calling and complaining. I feel very strongly that these employees did their absolute best to remain professional and courteous while not allowing a potential scammer to defraud the establishment. Lee and Amber (I think that was her name?) were excellent. I'll be back for sure!!“

“Stopped going to the Keller location because they were absolutely terrible. So we decided to try this location out and it was great! Sandwich was made exactly how we ordered it on the app. We will definitely start coming to this location from now on.“

“This is the closest location to me. After the one in Southlake closed. I love the Hooks & Ladder sub. I honestly prefer Firehouse Subs over Subway. I've never had a problem with the staff. I always follow the golden rule.“

“So the service at this location is good. It's always just a little bit backed up because there's so many people that come through, but the food typically comes out good. Sometimes the sauces are coated a little too much for my liking. If you choose the preference of light, you know, they might still overdo or if you choose a lot, they might underdo it, I've came to this place before. Multiple times in person and/or multiple times online? And so yeah, the situation usually varies depending on the staff, which shouldn't be the case. You know what I mean, it should be consistent. All the way around, but, um, um, it's a good Location on the list. I still recommend it to people. I don't have any Negative things to really put down on this location.You know, I mean, besides the long lines“

“BMV is one of my GO-TO restaurants when I want to treat myself. I have only ever ordered through Uber Eats, and am happy with my order every time. I highly recommend the Grilled Pork Vermicelli Salad- it’s like a spring roll in a bowl! Easily customizable, filling, and fresh every time. It’s the perfect summer meal. I also love the Cajun sweet potato fries and the potstickers. I plan to actually go in person sometime soon to try out some of their other offerings!“

“The lady with the red hair has been awesome, she has been the only employee that has gone above and beyond.Everyone is either high or in a bad mood. I would come once or twice a week for the past 5 years. Today I found out that they don’t carry flat bread anymore which is the only reason I would go to subway.“

I had an issue at a separate subway where I couldn’t get ahold of anyone and was being cussed out by the team members. 1 call to Mrs de la Garza and she instantly solved my issue! They not only knocked out all of those orders and my big order super fast and on the money.
