“Alex is amazing. He was the only one working a busy Thursday lunch shift with a long line. I watched him keep a smile on his face while dealing with a difficult customer in front of me that was just being rude for no reason. He didn't break a sweat although he was making sandwich after sandwich and paying people out again all by himself. Not to mention, one of the best looking and best put together subs ive had in awhile. I do feel like when people are busy they just throw it together but he moved quickly while staying neat and organized. Great job Alex!! Keep up the positive attitude and keep smiling!“

“My mom and me went in there to get 3 footlongs and ended up with 3 footlongs sandwiches, 3 roll ups and 2 wraps. It was a lot to be making and it was quick, sandwiches were good, and when we asked for extra or light everything was exactly like we asked.“

“Staff is awesome! They always take great caution with my celiacs and it’s so great to feel safe eating at a sandwich shop!! The woman taking care of me made sure all other associates were aware to change gloves and not cross contaminate (ex:use bottles of mayo instead of from the line) always a favorite in my house and will always come back!!“

“First time I've been here, the atmosphere is nice and clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. I got the chicken bacon melt on a croissant with brocolli cheddar soup. The soup was tasty and hot. The chicken salad itself was good, I got the classic, but the croissant was stale, even after they toasted it, it was just dry, and hard on the bottom. Other than that, I like the fact they used real bacon that was crispy. And came with a little sugar cookie, and crackers which was nice too.“

“Subway sent out MAJOR LEAGUE coupons to residents within the area recently. So 4 people from our company decided to all throw in on Lunch. When I made it there, I didn't see the sign that said "NO COUPONS".Therefore, the price for our order was almost double! The thing is, the cashier was apologetic, and pulled his wallet out to pay the difference. I refused, and worked out a different number for an inferior order.But the fact the the young Man was willing to help out should not go unnoticed. He worked the day shift on this day (12/15/22). Our country is better off with people like you! Thank you.“

BUT.... Be careful if you are using the Tap option when paying by credit card. The card reader transitions from processing to the tip screen super fast and a tip was selected for me before I had a chance to back my card away. I imagine this happens to many and they probably don't notice unless they check their receipt“

“I had to make a Walmart run and it just made sense to grab a bite to eat here. Plus, I always live Charley’s at the mall so it was worth a try. I see the other reviews but I didn’t have any problems. I was greeted when I approached the register. The cashier double verified with me all the toppings I wanted on my Philly. They brought my food out to me (maybe 5-10 minutes later). My sandwich was smoking hot with the cheese nice and melted. The 4 stars is only because nothing just wowed me over the top. The food and service I received were solid. A much appreciated addition to Walmart.

“This is one of the worst McAlister's I've ever been to. They serve disgusting & old bread, they mess up the simpliest orders, they have terrible customer service, and they mock and laugh at their customers in front of them. We will not be going back. I can't believe that they are still in business. Shocking. I ordered a pastrami sandwich on gluten free bread. The bread was as hard as a rock and I got one slice of SALAMI instead of any pastrami. When I called to have it fixed they kept me on hold for over 30 minutes. When I called again, the worker talked crap about me to the MANAGER and they laughed about it together, then hung up on me. I never even got to tell them what was wrong. My husband had to drive back to the McAlister's to have it handled in person. Horrible establishment.“

“The employee I talked to was so sweet. This location is inside Walmart. They just opened so the restaurant was clean. The cashier talked me into getting the limited-time kimchi cheesesteak and mango lemonade. I enjoyed both. If I’m in the area, I’ll drop-in for the wing's classic combos and $1 ice cream cone.“

“I am really impressed with the service I received today. I accidentally placed on online and it went to the Southlake location. When I arrived Dusty was eagered to help me. Upon our discovery, he discussed my issue with his Manager Devon. Devon immediately rectified my problem. He encouraged me to call Southlake and have them cancel my order with that location. Devon, Dusty and the staff promptly made my sandwich. That's conflict resolution or simply putting the customer first. This experience could've easily been frustrating however this crew made it a seamless mistake. Thank you so much for making me smile and sending me out the door with gratitude instead of aggravation.“

“BMV is one of my GO-TO restaurants when I want to treat myself. I have only ever ordered through Uber Eats, and am happy with my order every time. I highly recommend the Grilled Pork Vermicelli Salad- it’s like a spring roll in a bowl! Easily customizable, filling, and fresh every time. It’s the perfect summer meal. I also love the Cajun sweet potato fries and the potstickers. I plan to actually go in person sometime soon to try out some of their other offerings!“
