“Picnikins is one of my favorite lunch spots! The Orchard sandwich—made with turkey, crisp apple slices, and creamy brie—is absolutely delicious and perfectly balanced. The ingredients are always fresh, the service is consistently good, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!“

“I ate at Kerbey Lane Cafe for the first time today. I had the California omelet with a biscuit and potatoes and a cappuccino. I had the sauce on the side of the California omelet, because I wasn't sure how spicy it would be. The sauce was not too spicy and it was delicious, but I'm still glad I got it on the side, because I don't like a ton of sauce on my eggs. The black olives on the omelet are a great touch. The biscuit was perfectly baked - soft and flaky with just the right amount of outer crisp. The potatoes were well seasoned and crispy. And the cappuccino was well made. I sat at the counter and it was clean and the service was great. I will be back again.

“Living in the Panhandle of Texas, finding a good TexCzech kolache is next to impossible. I don't mean klobasniky (sausage roll), they are everywhere. If you find yourself in San Antonio, however, may I recommend to you the Kolache Stop, east of I-10 on Huebner. Great selection of delicious–and authentic–kolaches in a welcoming and comfortable establishment. We were greeted kindly and given not only what we came in wanting, but also some excellent suggestions that we were glad to take. Kolache Stop makes kolaches with standard poppy seed, cream cheese, and fruit fillings (my favorite is the apricot!) as well as fruit and cream cheese and (my wife's favorite) nutella and cream cheese. Every variety we tried was delicious. In addition, they make breakfast and dinner kolaches that are worth your trip in. The egg, bacon, and cheese I had was well seasoned and fit the bill for a quick breakfast before we hit the road back to the West Texas plains. And, if you want klobasniky, they've got them, too. 😄 Bottom line, head to the kolache stop and get your kolache cravings filled.“

“I guess this is a Starbucks franchise. They sell all Starbucks coffee plus a ton of typical hotel snacks. The employees were nice and they had everything I wanted. However the people behind me tried to order 2 food items off the menu and they either weren't ready or were sold out of those things.“

“I always stop in at the Panera whenever I'm on the road or at home. I always receive very quick and efficient service. We usually just get a drink or two, but we plan on trying meals there now along with their pastries because they always look so good.“
