“We just had the most wonderful Thanksgiving dinner prepared by Don Strange of Texas. We had a small group of people and the turkey with sweet potatoes, Yukon potatoes, and stuffing was perfect. The green beans with peppers and onions was divine. We ordered the pecan pie as an extra and we made a great choice! We are hoping you will let us order for Christmas as well. Let us know when we need to place our order.“

“Jessica Sanchez and her whole team are amazing! Jessica was my main point of contact throughout planning and with every question (and there were many), she was friendly and meticulous. She advised on what appetizers go best together, what sides go well with the entrees, and what foods guests with dietary restrictions can and cannot have. She took dietary restrictions very seriously, making special plates for guests who needed it and letting me know exactly which appetizers and sauces they could/couldn't have. The food itself was fantastic as well! Everyone complimented it and had no complaints! 10/10 would recommend Pappas!“

“We ran into Blanca’s Cake and Catering about 2 years ago at a quince expo. Ever since then my daughter has been raving about them, and this was just from a tasting. Then we hired them to do the cake and repostería at my daughters quince. Everything was perfect from the frosting to the cake to the cookies. I explained how we do not like frosting that is too sweet and a little bit whipped and boy did they come through. The wedding cookies were raved about through my family and the little matching colored desserts were a hit with all the teens. Would recommend a million times over.“
