“Great place for lunch or dinner and always fresh. Great friendly service with a smile. This place should be packed but when I stop in it normally does not have many dine-in customers. Have tried them 3 times now and they are consistently good. Highly recommend this place for burgers, onion rings, and cheese steaks. Will be trying the wings soon. Great job!“

“Went when it first opened a few years ago and it was ok. Recently tried it again last week and got a cheeseburger and fries. Came back again last night per the wife because the burger was so fresh and delicious. Got her the same thing and I got the mushroom swiss burger and it was yummy too. Best part is, the price. For 2 burgers w/ fries and 6 boneless wings, total came out to $27. Can't beat that! Will be trying the Asian dishes soon!“

“Dined in today with my husband. Romantically since we had the entire dining area. Tables are spaced out for distancing. At least 10 pick up orders while we enjoyed our hot and delicious wings. We always pick Pit and Cajun flavors, the fries were perfect too! Thanks to José, the cook, and Kyle provided great service!“

“Located in a highly populated area which means longer wait times and difficult parking. We got lucky and was able to get a close parking spot to pick up our takeout order. Took 45 mins for it to be ready and was not hot when we got it since it sat out on the table along with the tons of other togo orders. At least it still maintained it's crunch I guess“

“My first visit! I called in to order, and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I went in 25 minutes later and everything was fresh and hot! This was the best Korean BBQ fried chicken I have ever had in my lifetime! The french fries were perfect! Crispy and hot with a wonderful coating and honey butter flavor! This will be my go to place for chicken now! You can see that the staff prepare everything by hand, and the service is exceptional, love all the sauces too! Go ahead and try for yourself you will love it!“

“At 1:05pm, we saw all the cars around this restaurant. We knew the crowd shows where the good food is. We were greeted as we walked in. They took our order. And my Cheeseburger was superb and my wife's Wings were good. Thank you for a nice lunch served fast.“

“Ordered the Red Hot wings with fries. The wings were good, well made. The fries were steak fries with seasoning. It's not really my favorite, but they were actually pretty good. The restaurant was clean and the staff (owners maybe) were very friendly. The place was a bit too hot and stuffy, so I asked for to go order. I really want to try their burgers, so I will return.“

“I ordered food to go for my kids and I for the first time today. Everything was soooo good. The only complaint I have is that the fried could use some seasoning but a little sprinkle of season salt fixed that issue. We got steak phillies, fries, fried mushrooms, garlic Parmesan wings, Thai chili wings and regular fried wings. The wings are very flavorful and seasoned very well and the steak meat is also seasoned to perfection and is very tender. This place is amazing and we will definitely be returning!“

“This place is worth more than the 4 stars it currently has at the time of this review. The food was delicious, we had the skillet queso which came with warm, fresh chips and house made salsa. We split the monti Cristo which I recommend doing because that's a lot of sandwich. Everything came out really warm and fresh. The fries have a great flavor but could be crispier. The only slight downfall to this place is the beer selection is rather sparse.“

“I placed an order online but after working 12 hrs I did not verify the store location and ordered it at another store. When I went to pick it up they said they did not have the order. I called the other stores and was told that because the food was ready they could not refund me. Which was fine, it was my mistake after all.
The manager heard this and called the store as well. After a discussion he told me that was not right and he was going to take care of us. This is why we come here, they are great people and take care of their customers first and foremost. Thank you again guys.“

You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers, offering a level of hospitality that you just don't see everywhere. His friendly and professional demeanor makes every visit a pleasure. If you're looking for the best CiCi's in Lewisville, this is the spot! Highly recommend.“

“This was a great experience! The ordering app was a bit unfriendly but the food and the service when I picked up our food made up for the app. The gentleman who helped me upon walking in was super friendly and very personable. He asked for feedback on the ordering app. He went over our order to make sure we had everything. He thanked me for coming in. The food was great. We got a 16-piece boneless and an 8-piece bone-in combo. The wings were perfectly sauced and well cooked. I would have preferred just a little crunch on the bone-in wings but it was still delicious! My son said the boneless wings were the best he’s had here in a good while. I highly recommend this location inside of Dickey’s BBQ.“

“Driver left pizza on ground didn't use the contactless delivery stand or the two chairs on my porch. Hurries back to car I tried to stop to ask for napkins and plates that were in the notes he said oh was not on receipt then looks at it and says my bad I didn't see that. I go to store and ask for a manager and the general manager is just as rude as he was acting as if customer service didn't matter 😒 🙄.I order alot from here and was very disappointed with the overall all service and the not willing to admit you gave bad service just making excuse telling me time is money for his drivers!“

“I went in tonight after placing my order on the app and my pizza was done within time frame hot and fresh I ordered a pepperoni and ham with pineapple but thats not the reason why im leaving this review. “With Blizzard 2021 going on we had no power so ventured out for food. Everything was closed it packed. We came upon Dominos. I walked in, placed an order and was out in 15! They were so friendly and attentive despite how busy they were! Thank you for those workers that came to work today and being so fast and positive despite the rush!! We appreciate you!“
