“Apart from 1 time they gave me the wrong order (which wasn’t awful bc I got free food) it’s always a smooth order and pickup process. Food is usually pretty warm/fresh.
But shoutout to the one guy that’s always there! I don’t know his name but he basically runs the whole place.“

“Included fried pickles in my order, for $2.89 additional. Had to wait on them - understandable. But there were literally five overcooked greasy slices. Asked to ensure the additional breasts ($1 upcharge per breast) were included. Response: “I didn’t do it, so…”. I checked the order to be sure it was correct, all while being glared at by the employee. Not the best level of customer service.
The fried chicken was delicious, as always!“

“Ordered food for the family. We left and realized they didn't give us some of the extras we ordered. Called them up and they apologized for the mistake and said we could come get the extras if that worked for us. We went back and they gave us what we ordered. They also included some free dessert. We love this KFC/Taco Bell. Always have had good service and good food.“

“Food is what you'd expect from a Portillo's, if you've been to a Portillo's before you'll not be disappointed, if you haven't been to one before, you should be happy unless your a vegetarian. The Italian beef and hotdogs were good as expected, the fries were good, not over salted. Surprise at how much I like the hamburger double bacon with cheese. One of the better places for burgers around. Big patties, juicy, flavourful

“I cream treats are really good, but my favorite were the cheese curds. I was told to try them with caramel and powdered sugar, that they taste like funel cake. It will be next time because I'm going there again and again for treats. I might try the burgers then.
The manager stopped by and gave us tips and made us feel like his customers are important to him. Great job!“
