“I highly recommend this Café. I ordered to go as I’m leaving state after breakfast, but the girl that helped me carry my drinks out was super sweet. Not being from Texas I was curious about everything on the land and she was very informative (I should’ve gotten her name). I ordered the Sycamore 2s which was 2 pancakes (choice of 1/2 waffle or 2 slices French toast), 2 eggs, and 2 pieces of bacon (choice of sausage also). I got my son an order of French toast, and a friend the brunch burger. Everything was AMAZING. The server mentioned Mondays they have a mimosa special (she told me exactly but I forget it). I like over medium eggs and this is the first place I’ve been that’s gotten my eggs PERFECT the first time around. It’s an adorable little café and there’s a wedding venue in the back. I highly recommend trying their food if you haven’t before. I took photos but it won’t let me add them to my review.“

“Shawnee and Mirabel are two of the best servers they have. They both help each other with orders to ensure your food is always to you correctly and piping hot. They are fives in my book. I've been ordering pumpkin loaded pancakes for 3 months. No matter which one makes them they are always awesome.“

“Our meal was great at Black Bear Diner tonight!! Jasmine was wonderful and checked on us consistently to make sure we had everything we needed even though they were very busy! The pot roast melt is tremendous! And the biscuits are gigantic and so delicious!! Definitely recommend for a great comfort food dinner!“

“Holy moly — everyone has been talking about this place and we love it! The burger is massive, CRINKLE CUT FRIES (the best!!), and a Pay It Forward Wall. ♥️ THIS is true Christianity…feeding people without question, just because they’re hungry. Teresa is a gem and it’s worth the drive down by the bridge. Absolutely delicious and the burger is MASSIVE. $43 for two burger & fries meals, two bottled drinks, and an extra cheeseburger/fries to Pay It Forward for someone who needs it. THIS is what community is about! Go get you a burger! Yummmm.“

“I've been coming here for years now and never left a review. But after today I need to speak up about the amazing customer service and delicious meals I've had here. I've used Brisket House Deer Park for parties, family dinners, work events and even date nights. I had the pleasure of working with George this time around and he went over the moon to make sure me and my coworkers had everything we needed for an unforgettable lunch. Not exaggerating... This place is AWESOME! Five stars all around.“

“We came looking for authentic Mexican barbacoa at Frida Farm Campestre, but due to some regulations they’re currently not serving food at the farm. Instead, the food is sold just around the corner at Birrieria & Micheladas and it was absolutely worth it.
The lamb barbacoa was very delicious, tasty, and perfectly moist. The goat birria tacos were also amazing and their fresh drinks are huge.
After eating, we went back to the farm for a tour, which made the whole experience even better. Visiting both locations was totally worth it and made for a great, unique outing.“

“Waffle House in Baytown is one of my favorite breakfast spots. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which makes the dining experience enjoyable from the moment you walk in. The food is consistently delicious, and you can tell they take their time preparing it rather than rushing orders out.
The only downside is that it stays packed most of the time. Seating is limited, so you may have to wait for a table during busy hours. The dining area can also feel a bit cramped when the restaurant is full.
Overall, the great customer service and tasty food make it worth the visit. Just be prepared for a crowd, especially during peak meal times.“

“Me and my SO stopped here coming from Kemah headed back to Beaumont. The food was fresh and hot. The burgers are huge and seasoned perfectly. Chicken strips should be called chicken patties, lol. they were huge. The owner was nice and accommodating. Highly recommend. I visited the one on Hwy 146.“

“Our first time was for Singo last night and it did not disappoint! The staff was amazing especially for it being so busy. “There is no doubt that the kolache recipes are absolutely amazing and keep everyone coming back. However the reviews that mention that they don’t warm up the kolaches, or even offer to warm them, are true. This has always been disappointing to me. They got my order wrong this morning, but normally they always get my order correct and have decent coffee. Have a good morning ☀️“

“All around fantastic experience. I was very surprised. This was the first time I've ever eaten at a restaurant associated with a golf course. I am not a golfer. The food was top-notch, and the service was fast and friendly. My diet Pepsi glass was always full. A business associate brought me here. I would have never found the place on my own. The dining room was clean, wide open with plenty of space, and provided a beautiful view of a golf course.“

“If you have allergies, specify specifically that you have an allergy and not to serve it at to that diner. Otherwise the request won’t be honored. Example-no lemons at all. Said it a few times but didn’t specify allergy. Not only did a lemon come on the fish, but the request was not on the ticket either. My mistake.“

“We held my husband’s birthday here at TO 3 last weekend and the staff was so accommodating for a large group of 20. Our waitress Kathy was so sweet and so tentative. Our whole group had a really good time and enjoyed the food. They also had clear walls up and heaters around the patio so you could still enjoy the outside views. 10/10 👌“

“We love this restaurant. It’s been a Highlands staple for longer than I’ve been around. Portion sizes are awesome Carla and her crew are wonderful. Dad eats there quite often and don’t sleep on the fish special. The fish nuggets are amazing and the perfect way to enjoy this type of fish. :)“
