The team there was so sweet, the customer service was amazing, and honestly it felt refreshing to interact with real people instead of dealing with DoorDash’s high prices, theft issues, and lack of refunds.
Inside the store was super cute, and it made me realize how much we’ve all gotten used to the “lazy” way of ordering online. Picking up in person not only feels safer, but it’s actually enjoyable. “If I could give them 100 stars I would! Customer service exceeded our expectations! I sent my mom to pick up the cookies for me because I was having surgery in an hour and wanted to give the staff cookies (it was my favorite thing to get when I worked at the hospital). When my mom told them the situation they were so kind and told her all kinds of info that I had no clue Tiff Treats does for hospital delivery. Since I had bought a couple of boxes in the morning and ordered more a few hours later for the PACU unit they gifted me some cookies! My mom is now a huge fan (she didn't know about Tiffs Treats) and she said she's going to start ordering from there! Just the generosity and care they give to their customers makes me keep coming back! I constantly order boxes for my husband and his coworkers (Cy-Fair firefighter) and for hospital staff when I get treatments. Everyone gets so excited with Tiffs Treats. I came for the first time wanting a sweet snack and a young man, named Jonathan, helped me pick some nice flavors and he was very kind and helpful. “This is some of the best ice cream I have ever had. I originally was looking for a Baskin Robbin’s, but found this place to go to instead. I got the New York cheesecake ice cream, and I have never had an ice cream that tasted so much like the original flavor it’s based on. The New York cheesecake ice cream had pieces of graham crackers and had the taste of cheesecake. Furthermore, the ice cream was creamy and smooth, and it was clear that it was made fresh. I will definitely be back“

“Stopped in last minute looking for a specific cake and they were out. The lady came over and asked for me to hold on for a minute. She went in back and found the exact cake I needed and decorated it right there on the spot. Very appreciative of her doing that for me.“

In California you get a bigger burrito for the same price, I really thought I was gonna get something even bigger in Texas but ended up being smaller for the same price as California.
