“The yogurt is delicious and reasonably priced. I like the drive thru option even though the service can be kind of "meh" at times. They haven't been rude but they are very cold and don't greet or say thank you. That is common customer service nowadays though, but I wish they could be a little bit more polite. They are not doing us a favor.“

“Honest review here. They have a lot of variety and all the paletas are really good. We found very strange that they took away the pecan tray after they heard we all wanted our paletas with pecans and they said they ran out of it. I took a picture of the ingredients right before we ordered and the tray was full then so that was the only sketchy part…“

“Staff greeted us with an open door and a cheerful smile. It was our first time there. This place is fairly new and was very clean inside and outside. What I liked was they had the weekly cookies on display for us to choose. In the background were three other staff members making the yummy cookies.“

The only bad thing is that the day I went they only had 5 flavors of cookies and the ones my daughter had seen in photos didn't have them. I imagine they change flavors but it would be better if they always had the flavors they use.“

“This place is always clean whenever the guy cashier is here, they used to have some ladies that always had the facility dirty, and did NOT know how to make the crepes right and we would always see them on their phones rather than doing their job. Now this facility has improved, the service is good, fast and the guy always prepares our order to perfection.“

“Por donde empiezo? El servicio es lento. es entendible que se tomen su tiempo pero no es posible que alguien que pidiera cosas mas complicadas que las 3 cosas que yo pedí pagara primero. Te ponen toppings sin pedirlos y despues te los cobran sin siquiera preguntarte y si no ves la pantalla con las cosas que te estan cobrando bien te pueden cobrar mas cosas y tu no te das cuenta. La nieve esta muy buena no lo puedo negar, pero para ser un negocio con tanta ganancia y cosas en el menu yo digo que le pudiesen invertir un poquito mas en entrenar a su personal. y asi ya van a abrir otra sucursal... Aaaa y lo olvidaba, te cobran un 4% por pagar con tarjeta y no tienen un anuncio que te advierta por que lo que no quieren ellos es absorber el cargo ellos por transaccion y se lo pasan al cliente y tambien te mienten con los rewards para que digas que si y despues te dicen otra cosa“

“La nieve de chicle me encanto realmente esta deliciosa. Los dorinachos riquisimos y mucho mas si le agregas .50 centavos de cuerito(pork skin). Los vasos de elotes ? calientitos estilo juarez. Si te quieres chiplear tu mismo deverdad te recomiendo este lugar te encantara. Te atenderan superamablemente. PRUEBALO POR TI MISMO TE ENCANTARA“

Parking: A few parking spots in front of store, plus a big parking lot with many spaces available with in a few feet.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access right close to front door.“

“I have always like eating there but today was awkward since when do you all allow customers to drink there??? There was a guy there with his pants down showing his underwear sitting at the corner by the restrooms drinking cans of twisted teas. I asked one of your crew members since when. Better management was needed specially when you have kids going in we don’t want to see their pants down very disappointed today“

“Read some reviews here and some people say it's the best boba in town. I have not tried many locations in EP but if this is true, what a bummer. The flavors were fine and the boba was fine as well. My main issue with this boba tea is that it's not smoothie enough. It was mainly kinda cold liquid. The location is hot. I'm assuming they are conserving energy. The shop had purified water and other knickknacks as well. Service was good. Gotta support local.“
