This is a ghost kitchen. The food is made by a robot.I ordered chicken quesadillas. The chicken is soy. Not sure what the cheese is made of but it was so delicious I was wondering if it was vegan.I have only been eating vegan for 5 weeks so far so encountering a ghost kitchen with delicious food made by a robot was a completely new experience for me. Ordered crispy tacos thru Uber eats. Wasn’t expecting crispy by the time food was delivered, they were so crispy and delicious. GREAT vegan Mexican. I will definitely order from them again.Vegetarian options: Everything is vegan!

Oh my gooossshh! I am NOT vegan nor gluten free and I love me some meat and potatoes. Now with that said...This was the absolute best tasting vegan Mexican food EVER! The empanadas and enchiladas are amazing. The pupusas were just okay for me but they probably taste okay on their own. I happened to eat them after eating that empanada and tasting the enchiladas.
