The food was poorly prepared by employee. I ordered a grilled cheese with extra cheese I didn't get my extra cheese. I asked the cook about it , her attitude was so bad I didn't bother about it. My husband had a double meat cheese hamburger she forgot to put the cheese and made it like it was his fault. She was very snappy. The more he was being nice to her the uglier she got. He asked for lettuce and tomato and didn't get it and the fries were cold. He ended up throwing it away.
I have been at Baylor St. Luke's Hospital everyday for the past two weeks and probably will be for at least another two. I purposely waited to do this review because I wanted to get a good sampling of the cafe's offerings over time, so I have been to the cafe at various hours which included just after opening and just before closing. I've eaten in and taken out. but now I'm ready to divulge my findings.

Prices are decent but the quality of the food is subpar. The pizza was worst then a frozen one from the grocery store. The entrees are cheap but you get what you pay for.
