I've gone to this Boston Market for over 10 years. They even cook my Thanksgiving turkeys for about the same time. Lately they've gone into the dumps as far as atmosphere and service. The staff don't really want to make anything and the dine in customers look sketch. Great food, though.
No more PrimeRib + The staff were closing down 1.5 hours in advance. They all seemed defeated as if this was the last thing any of them wanted to be doing.No idea what the new owners of Boston Market were thinking when they purchased the chain from McDonalds but I’m sure this is not what they hoped for!

The quality of this food has really asked over the years. I'm guessing the pandemic has them cutting corners. My turkey was dry and flavorless. The gravy given with it was brown water. Flavorless and runny. My "creamed spinach" was not creamed at all. The broccoli was seasoned well, but limp and over cooked. Same for my kids' dinner. In an effort to feed my family decent food on a busy night, I'll have to find a other option.
