“Wow!!! The minute I walked in, I could smell the deliciously fresh breads coming out from the oven. The restaurant is clean and vibrant! There are plenty variety of bánh mì to choose from. They the meat and ingredients are also fresh and you can watch the people making it. The Vietnamese is delicious and refreshing. The minute a took a bite, I can hear the crunch from bánh mì and vegetables, the richness/fatiness from the butter and pate with different slices of meat is a burst of wonders in my mouth! The interaction with the service people was friendly and warming. Besides bánh mì, this place also has rice and vermicelli noodle dishes too! Definitely recommended ?“

“First time here and it was a great experience. I ordered the Fresh Lemonade Black Tea with Herb Jelly at 50% sugar. It was a very good take on an Arnold Palmer. The place is on the smaller side but they have benches for you to wait for your drink. Not too much of a wait today since I went on a slower day and the employees worked really quick.Decor was super cute with the lemon theme.“

“The Place was super atmospheric and pretty, every time I go here the teas always hit and the quality never misses! So I don't feel afraid to try something new since I know it will always be good??. I recommend the Creme Brulee Dirty Boba and the Thai Milk Tea!“

“Brought 3 picky kids who originally wanted ice cream and left with three very happy children. The teas were awesome and the Oreo shake is 6-yr and adult approved and applauded. It's the atmosphere though, even more than the tea. The games brought me back to my childhood, and playing them with my own kids was a blast! we probably spent nearly an hour in there and the kids didn't even think of their electronics! That is success in my book! LOL! love this place! our first time going, and we will most definitely be back!“

“Got a lychee tea with half sugar and it was phenomenal! Not too sweet, the flavor was amazing, and it came with some real lychee (already peeled) in the drink. Wish I lived closer so I could come here every week.

Because I tend to order the same each time, they will make my drinks when they see me and it will be ready, sometimes before I finish paying! “It was my first time at KTea, and I absolutely loved it! I got the Mango Smoothie and Summer Tea-both were so refreshing and full of flavor. The Mango Smoothie was creamy and delicious, and the Summer Tea had the perfect balance of sweetness. On top of that, the inside is so cute and welcoming! It's the perfect spot to hang out and enjoy a great drink. I'll definitely be back to try more!“

“Slow WiFi for the checkout and I felt like the line was being held up a bit b/c of it. But the checkout guy was great and didn’t make a big deal about it. He says wifi always acts up when it’s busy. Great customer service and always delicious drinks. Found another drink I like from Teahouse. Limiting myself to one a day now and not 3 sugary ones at a time. Price increases also a reason I need to cut down on boba too lol.“

“Overall my favorite tea place that I regularly go to, but recently the drinks have been inconsistent :( I don’t know if there was a new employee today or something, but I had coffee jelly in my tea instead of the lychee jelly that I asked for which kinda ruined the drink because it was not a milk tea. The green Thai tea tasted like it had no sugar at all even though I asked for 75% sugar instead of no sugar. It is a very good place when the right staff is making the drinks.“

“Love the place, so clean, chic and well decorated. The staffs were very friendly. It was our first time and we tried the greentea and brown sugar boba. We love it, not too sweet, you can choose the amount of sugar you want to add in your cup, i chose less sugar which is 50 percent. Less guilty hahaha. They gave us kind of loyalty card for us to collect drinks we had and after 9 drinks you'll a free one. Neat! They have jengas, that little soccer thingy, UNO cards and other games for you to play with. It really is a nice place that you should try. Absolutely coming back agin soon.“

“My first time at the Post! Celebrated with an Uber Boba. The staff was so friendly and kind in helping with my dietary restrictions and giving a great recommendation. The flavors were great but the texture of some of the bobas were a bit too soft for my liking.

“Great place. I got the watermelon passion fruit tea with passion fruit popping pearls. As with most places, you can pick the sugar amount. I went with 50% and found it to be the perfect amount of sweetness. I haven’t tried anything else from here yet but I’ll def be back. Store was clean and the staff were friendly.“

“Been coming to Happy Teahouse for ages. Used to be open past midnight. Now it's moved a couple times and closes at 11, but what hasn't changed is their friendly service and their value.
During the freeze, they had power, stayed open, and I was able to eat some fried rice and charge my power bank.

I spent this year trying out half a dozen bubble tea spots, all are ok but have the crazy prices.

Bubble tea starts under $5 here, and not many spots have avocado smoothies.

I don't get why it's not more packed on a Saturday night. Keep this hidden gem alive.“
