Phenomenal customer service, greeted upon entry and ready to assist. I placed my order via the app and my breakfast chicken biscuit was hot, fresh and ready within a few minutes. Restaurant was clean, but above all the employees make this a great eatery. I’ve eaten at Chick-Fil-A since they were located in Greenspoint Mall near Montgomery Wards in the 80’s. I live in The Woodlands area and this location surpassed all my expectations. Great job 👏

Payment was taken at window. I had 3 orders.
I wanted to split the last order with two payments. The manager on duty (female) stepped in to rush us. Then made the whole situation nerve wrecking for us as customers and the employee at the window. Which then progressed to us not being able to clearly communicate and had us as customers feeling bad. The manager clearly seemed annoyed when I apologized for telling her I’m not going to move...

It’s a chick fil a, so you know how that goes. I will say this though, they don’t play about saying “hi, welcome in!” and “bye, thank you!” to every single person who walks in and out of this place. Personally, it left me a bit traumatized. Not going to lie, as soon as I finished my ice cream I snuck out of there. 🍦😭 🍦😭 🍦😭 (I’m sure they’re told to do this by the way, so I don’t blame them). Introverts, you’ve been warned 😶
